How to Unlock That Block and Start Spreading the News Wait… what?

Step 1

Identify “The Item.”

Every morning, I write down the thing that’s bugging me — the worry, the thought, the random nonsense that rolled out of bed with me. I call it The Item.

These molecules need a bath, a rinse, and maybe a spin cycle. 🌀

Step 2

Ask the Magic Questions

  • 1. Is that thought even mine? Who said that? Where did I hear it?
  • 2. Does it feel true — or did my doubtful self make it up in the middle of the night?
  • 3. What’s really going on underneath?

(The upset is never the upset — it’s always something sneakier underneath. Write it ALL down.)

Step 3

Write Like You Mean It.

Set a timer for about 30 minutes and write as fast as you can. No editing, no punctuation police, no inner critic allowed.

By the end, something magical happens — clarity sneaks in.

You’ll feel it:

Ohhhh… that’s what’s been bugging me.

Step 4

Change the Molecules.

You’ve just shifted energy, my friend. The molecules in the room are officially rearranged.

Now take that negative voice — you know, the one that says,

“You’re not that smart or you’d be rich.”

And rewrite it:

“Judy, look how smart you are — you figured it out!”

Then create an affirmation that fits your new truth.
Here’s one of mine: I needed tuition money for Richard (Notre Dame doesn’t take charm as currency — and Father Hertzberg wasn’t donating to me!).

So I asked: How will I get it? What can I do?
Make a thousand calls for a new client with $10,000 in cash?
Give blood at the blood bank? (Not ideal, but it crossed my mind.)
Finally, I thought, “What does the Universe want?”

Step 5

Take Your Lesson Out for a Spin.

When you feel good — you’re done for the day.
Go test your new idea on the world.
Listen for signs that you did good.
When it works (and it will) — celebrate.
When it doesn’t — write more. ✍️

Step 6

Repeat as Needed.

Every thought that doesn’t feel good deserves a rewrite.
Every good-feeling thought deserves applause. 👏
This is how you start taking control of your mind — where everything begins.
Like my mother always said:
“It’s all in your head.”
OMG — my mother was right.
Now I know how to flip the thought, change the mood, and yes — change the molecules in my favor.
Why not?
What’s not to like?
What’s not to love?

Journal with Judy.

Clear your mind, crack yourself up, and start telling the Universe exactly what you want.
This is where you unblock the good stuff and let Health, Wealth, and Wisdom finally catch up to you.
When you write it down, the miracles know where to land.
